QUALIFICATIONS
2 to 5 years of experience in valuation, accounting,
or finance

Highly motivated
Ability to work independently
Bachelors degree in real estate, finance, accounting,

JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidates must be self-motivated, aggressive, tenacious
and entrepreneurial by nature with experience within
related real estate fields that would provide a solid
foundation for future growth as well as significant
relationships that offer the potential for immediate
business.
Individuals from within the brokerage and consulting
industry should have an excellent reputation for business
ethics and possess a strong background in financial
analysis and negotiating skills. This individual should
be able to identify market trends as well as translate
the business needs into an effective business plan;
and work effectively by using a highly collaborative
style. Managing time well, appropriately prioritizing
tasks, and flexibility in work assignments are also
competencies required for this position.
