JOB DESCRIPTION
The real estate analyst/transaction position will primarily support the activities of the brokerage team that manages National leasing accounts and other major clients. This team provides general corporate real estate services, traditional project and tenant representation services, investment sales services and other specialized real estate services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities include:
- Financial Analyses& Modeling
- Comparative Analysis
- Company and Industry Research for New Business Development
- Market Research Transaction Support
- Responding To Client Requests For Information
- Preparation of Marketing Proposals and Materials
- Assist with new business development
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 to 3 years of experience inreal estate transactions, valuation, accounting, or finance
- Strong analytical skills required
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of investment theory
- Knowledge of commercial real estate markets
- Well organized and capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously
- Highly motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or business
- Proficiency in Argus, ProCalc, Excel, Word, Power Point and other real estate related software
Salary Range: $40 - $50K

related real estate fields that would provide a solid

business.
Individuals from within the brokerage and consulting
industry should have an excellent reputation for business
ethics and possess a strong background in financial
analysis and negotiating skills. This individual should
be able to identify market trends as well as translate
the business needs into an effective business plan;
and work effectively by using a highly collaborative
style. Managing time well, appropriately prioritizing
tasks, and flexibility in work assignments are also
competencies required for this position.
