Jeffrey
Garibaldi has served in both management and brokerage
capacities for the past 30 years.
His experience includes completing worldwide transactions
for major clients such as Continental Airlines,
Celanese, Dendrite International, Novartis Pharmaceuticals
Corporation, Altana Pharma, Ryan Beck, MetLife
and numerous divisions of The Thomson Corporation.
Mr.
Garibaldi is an active member of CoreNet Global
serving in various roles within the New Jersey
Chapter, as well as National Association of Office
and Industrial Parks (NAIOP) and the New Jersey
Technology Council (NJTC). Mr. Garibaldi
achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member
(CCIM) designation with the National Association
of Realtors.

as well as new business development initiatives.
His
experience includes completing worldwide transactions
for major clients such as C.R. Bard, Dendrite
International, Prudential Insurance Company of
America, and numerous divisions of Unilever U.S.
Mr.
Garibaldi is currently the President of CORFAC
International and a member of the Industrial and
Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA).
He is the former Chairman of the Economic Development
Standards Taskforce, initiated by the New Jersey
State Chamber of Commerce.
Peter D. Blanchard

Peter
Blanchard has been active in the real estate industry
for the past 40 years. Mr. Blanchard serves as
the firm’s primary liaison with its CORFAC
International affiliate, King Sturge, and is a
Board Member.
His
experience includes completing worldwide transactions
for major clients such as Maersk Inc., Honeywell,
Ingersoll-Rand, Wyeth and TEVA Pharmaceuticals.
Additionally, Mr. Blanchard was responsible for
the project management of Giralda Farms, a 360-acre
corporate office campus in Madison and Chatham,
New Jersey, housing the headquarters for Wyeth,
Maersk Inc., Schering-Plough Corporation and Atlantic
Mutual.
Mr.
Blanchard is a former Chair of the Morris County
Economic Development Committee, President of the
Glenwood Housing Corporation, member of the state-appointed
Great Swamp Water Shed Advisory Committee, member
of Assemblywoman Carol Murphy’s Business
Advisory Board and member of The Memorial Health
Foundation of Morristown Memorial Hospital.
