For more than 6 years, GRC Management has represented Open Spaces Management Association in the management of the common elements of Giralda Farms, which is one of New Jersey's most prestigious corporate office headquarter parks.   Giralda Farms is home to several Fortune 500 companies.

GRC Management adheres to the highest industry standards. Staff members hold the RPA designation through the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), as well as the CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
