The Garibaldi team was successful in the placement of Linde Gas in the 30,000 sq ft of Class A office space in the Greenwich Commons office building located along the Route 22 corridor in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. This transaction involved the company president Jeff Garibaldi who along with Jerry Moore who represented Linde Gas, while Michael Bartolacci represented the landlord Larken Associates.

Just Born, Inc.
Just Born, Inc., the candy manufacturer recently, with The Garibaldi Group, identified a site, analyzed the financial fit, and completed the purchase of a 600,710 square foot warehouse for the company in Bethlehem, PA.
Cambrex Corporation
The Garibaldi Group team of Jeff Garibaldi, Mike Witko and Matt Kirby represented Cambrex in the renegotiation of a 19,016 SF leasehold in East Rutherford, NJ. Under this restructuring, Cambrex was able to give back its underutilized space while retaining approximately 10,400 square feet of Class A office space for its upper management.
After thorough due diligence on behalf of The Garibaldi Group, it became clear the best decision for Cambrex was for its management team to stay in place under a newly revised lease commitment.
The Abbey
The Garibaldi Group team of Peter Blanchard and Toby Nelson acted as broker for both the buyer and seller in the sale of 355 Madison Avenue in Morristown.
The property, also known as The Abbey, encompasses 18,000 square feet of prime real estate on two floors set on almost four acres of property. The building was built in 1904 and originally named the Alnwick Hall. The Abbey is a brick manor house modeled after 15th and 16th century English prototypes. The seller was St. Marks Associates. The buyer, NYC Skyline Realty, LLC, will be occupying the building.
40 West Ridgewood Avenue
The Garibaldi Group team of Peter Blanchard and Toby Nelson completed the sale of an office property located at 40 West Ridgewood Avenue, Ridgewood, for the law firm of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter.
Accordia Realty Ventures purchased the 9,000 square foot building, which was originally constructed as a church in the 1920s and converted to office space in 1990’s.
CERVALIS, LLC
Russo Development, LLC and Cervalis, LLC have announced a long-term lease for a new, 148,191 square foot data center facility in northern New Jersey. The facility will have over 50,000 square feet of data center area with the balance of the space used for support equipment, disaster recovery and general offices. This lease represents Cervalis’ first facility in New Jersey, giving the company a full-service presence in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. With this new location, Cervalis now occupies more than 280,000 square feet of space for its data centers and disaster recovery centers in the tri-state area. The facility will be Russo Development’s sixth data center increasing their portfolio of mission critical facilities in New Jersey to over 1.4 million square feet.
B&G Foods
B&G Foods will occupy the space at ProLogis Park 33 in Easton, Pennsylvania. The company is consolidating logistics operations from two other U.S. states into this facility.
Eisenhower Corporate Campus Leases to Verizon
Communications giant, Verizon of New Jersey, has leased 153,000 square feet of Class A office space in Eisenhower Corporate Campus in Livingston, moving the bulk of its Call Center and Administrative Support Offices from its Madison and Scotch Plains, New Jersey operations.
NJ Sharing Network
The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International located vitally important office space for the NJ Sharing Network. F. John Fatigati, Managing Director, and Kyle Raffo, Vice President, represented the tenant in the acquisition of the lease from the landlord, Hampshire Group.
The property, located at 691 Central Avenue in New Providence, New Jersey, comprises 47,782 square feet of office space. The Garibaldi Group negotiated the 15-year lease for NJ Sharing Network, a non-profit, federally certified, state-approved organ procurement organization.
