The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International completed an 11-acre land sale on behalf of Higgins Development Partners in Arcadia West Industrial Park at 9729 Commerce Circle in Weisenberg Township, Pennsylvania.
The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International team of Michael Bartolacci, senior vice president; Jeffrey Garibaldi, president; and Gerald E. Moore, managing director, completed the sale to Palram Arcadia Real Estate Holdings.
Daiichi Sankyo, Inc.
The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International represented Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. in the 10 year lease at 9 Entin Road in Parsippany, N.J. The 32,000 square feet will be used as a training center.
Teal’s Express, Inc.
The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International recently completed a 1031 exchange on behalf of Teal’s Express Inc. who sold their facility at 100 Kellogg Street and acquired 77 Amity Street both in Jersey City. The team of Peter D. Blanchard, principal, and Toby Nelson, associate vice president, represented the buyer of 100 Kellogg Street, an approximate 50,000-square-foot facility on 4.69 acres. The team, with the addition of co-broker William Waxman, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, then represented Teal’s Express Inc. in the acquisition of 77 Amity Street, a 56,000-square-foot industrial building with 41 tailboards.

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. has leased an entire building for its U.S. corporate headquarters at 2 Hilton Court in Parsippany, N.J. The firm leased 186,020 square feet, representing a 10-year renewal of 89,144 square feet and a 15-year expansion of 96,876 square feet.
